These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hss4d ("hss4d", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at https://hss4d.lat (the "Platform"). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure. Where a Player is found to have misrepresented their eligibility, hss4d may void all Wagers placed and confiscate associated Winnings without prior notice.
Players must complete the hss4d registration process accurately and in full. You are required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a strong password. All information submitted during registration must be truthful and kept current. hss4d is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. hss4d employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where a Player is found to hold multiple Accounts, hss4d may close all associated Accounts, void all Wagers, and forfeit any Winnings or Bonus Funds without obligation to the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. hss4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify our customer support team via live chat immediately.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting hss4d customer support. hss4d may close or suspend an Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected AML violations, or regulatory requirement. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of a player-initiated closure will be refunded to the verified payment method on file, subject to completed KYC requirements.
hss4d currently accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ Pay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Payment methods are subject to change at hss4d's discretion; Players will be notified of material changes through the Platform.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. As a general guide: e-wallet deposits start from RM 20 – RM 30; bank transfer deposits from RM 50; USDT deposits from approximately USDT 20. hss4d reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are processed instantly under normal circumstances. Bank transfers via FPX typically complete within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after one (1) network confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes. hss4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.
Withdrawal requests are processed during operational hours. Players must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. hss4d reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. hss4d will not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
All transactions on the Platform are processed in MYR unless the Player is using USDT, in which case conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. hss4d bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT deposit or withdrawal values.
hss4d may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible Players from time to time. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed at the point of claiming each Promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly for each Promotion. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the Player must wager the bonus amount twenty (20) times before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. hss4d does not apply wagering requirements retroactively to existing claims.
hss4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and associated Winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim a single-user promotion, wagering on prohibited game types with Bonus Funds, exploiting pricing errors or technical faults, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at hss4d's sole reasonable discretion.
hss4d operates a six-tier VIP loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond). Tier advancement is based on monthly wagering turnover thresholds. VIP perks, including cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and account management services, are provided as stated in the relevant programme documentation. hss4d reserves the right to modify or discontinue the VIP Programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are published within the Platform and are updated periodically. It is the Player's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable rules before placing a Wager. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant Wager.
hss4d reserves the right to void any Wager where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; a system or technical malfunction has affected the outcome; the event to which the Wager relates has been cancelled, postponed, or materially altered; or where hss4d has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised.
Sports betting results are settled on the basis of official results as published by the relevant sports governing body or recognised result provider. For Liga Super Malaysia and EPL events, settlement follows the official match result at full time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless stated otherwise. Live in-play bets are settled based on the score at the time of bet placement in the case of system errors.
hss4d may impose maximum payout limits on individual Wagers, accumulator bets, and game categories. These limits are displayed within the relevant sports or game section. hss4d reserves the right to limit Winnings payable to any Player at its reasonable discretion, particularly where Wagers appear to have exploited a pricing error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hss4d Platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Balances:
hss4d cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where criminal activity is suspected, hss4d will report the matter to the relevant authorities and may withhold funds pending investigation.
All content on the hss4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, interface design, and software code, is the intellectual property of hss4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hss4d. Any unauthorised use of hss4d's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hss4d shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer or device damage, or any other commercial losses.
hss4d's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
hss4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hss4d makes no representation regarding the accuracy of odds, results, or information displayed on the Platform.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and hss4d in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their interests.
